"I only stayed one night, but the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Their b&B was so cute and comfortable. They really do go the extra mile to make sure their guests are well taken care of. "
"The hotel is part of a budget chain of hotels. The room smelled like there had not been deep cleaned for a while and the shower head was dirty.
We booked at short notice so we were just grateful to find a room for the night."

Hotel zum Anker
10/10 Excellent
"Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff.
There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options.
There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away.
There is a small park across the road where you can sit and watch all the boats up and down the Rhine. "
"The Hotel is conveniently close to the station but only a short walk to the centre. Whilst near a road and the train tracks the room was reasonably well sound proofed when the windows were closed and they didn't disturb me. That might be an issue in hot weather as it doesn't have air conditioning. The breakfast was fine with a reasonable selection. Overall the hotel was good value considering the budget cost. The room whilst relatively basic was comfortable and including a fridge was a very nice touch."
