This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath providing an open floor plan, tall ceilings, WiFi, workspace, fenced in back yard, and ample private parking. You are sure to feel comfortable at your home away from home between all of the local PNW adventures! Look no further! More about the inside space: This home is newly built with a modern design and layout. The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room and not to mention, tall ceilings in the common areas. Comfortably sleeps 6 people, with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are 3 beds; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 double sofa bed. The kitchen is supplied with all needed pots and pans for cooking a meal and the essential spices for cooking. Included is an oven, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, dishes and silverware. More about the outdoor space: This home has a covered deck, fenced in back yard, and fire pit. You are sure to find yourself outside during nice days roasting s'mores. More about the location: 4 minute drive to the heart of downtown Forks, 26 minutes to La Push, 45 minutes to Lake Crescent Lodge, 50 minutes to Hoh Rain Forest Visitors Center, 52 minutes to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort, 1hr 10 min to Port Angeles. We will be available as needed during your stay. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint. Located close to town but allows for plenty of privacy. We recommend having your own transportation. \*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout\* \-Important: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee. For VRBO bookings, this is listed as an “administrative fee” and is calculated at 5.5% of the base rate to reflect the payment processing and integration costs incurred on the full reservation amount, including cleaning and tax charges. Because we keep the home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests. We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house. Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit. No illegal drugs allowed, it's the law. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00pm and 8:00am. Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use. Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties. No smoking is allowed indoors. We are honored you decided to choose our home, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. We have a generous stock of food and condiments for your use. Please check freshness dates, be aware of your own allergies and sensitivities, and consume with discretion. We we do not take responsibility for the food and drinks you consume. Dogs 50lbs or less allowed. Please pickup pet waste, no dogs on furniture, and pets must be kept in site and on leash at all times. Running an hour late? Want to stay an extra hour? Clean, spacious with all you will ever need in a rental. Close to town and atraccións. The perfect place for twilight fans and family time. The water on the master bedroom shower takes time to drain but other than that it was perfect. Definitely would stay here again. ##### luis g.
