This is a perfect home for a family trip, or a group of friends. This unique home sits on a private acre lot, surrounded by farm land. It’s less than 2 miles from town but still is remote enough to feel like you have privacy. The large private yard is a great place for holding get togethers. We provide a bbq, patio chairs and tables, corn hole yard game and horse shoes. Propane fireplace, bbq grill and yard games are only available for use Memorial Day- Labor Day. If you happen to be hosting an event of any sort, please let us know upon booking. The neighborhood is well kept and the house feels nicely secluded from the neighbors. We didn't sleep well because the heat of summertime required us to keep the windows open to cool the house at night, but the neighbor's rooster started crowing at 5:30A and we couldn't return to sleep. This home was a lovely place to stay. Our family got to spread out and cook some meals, do some laundry, and enjoy the games and vooks peovided by the owners at the end of the day. We enjoyed watching the cows in the pasture nextdoor and listening to the roosters. I really appreciated that many things were provided (sheets, towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc).
