Wake up to sunshine filtering in through the many windows, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the beautifully appointed kitchen with a host of modern amenities. Enjoy the large private backyard, where you'll find a short volleyball net, basketball hoop, BBQ, and large outdoor dining area. Gather around the fire for s'mores and laughter, or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the spacious dining room. Complete with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a laundry room, and fully stocked kitchen, this home is perfect for a getaway you and your family will remember forever. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint. Located close to town but allows for plenty of privacy. We recommend having your own transportation. \*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout\* \-Important: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee. For VRBO bookings, this is listed as an “administrative fee” and is calculated at 5.5% of the base rate to reflect the payment processing and integration costs incurred on the full reservation amount, including cleaning and tax charges. Direct bookings (website): 4% fee. This fee covers third-party processing costs and is not retained by us. Thank you for understanding! NO Pets. Only use fire pit if you have adequate experience and know how to keep the fires under control and operate them safely. Use them at your own risk. Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the fire pit. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size. This house uses a septic system; ONLY toilet paper can be flushed, and please take care to minimize food going down the drain in the sink. Because we keep the home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests. We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house. Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit. No illegal drugs allowed, it's the law. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00pm and 8:00am. Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use. Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties. Hot tub: No horse playing which includes whirl pooling, MAX 4 people in the tub at one time, do not sit on the edges, no food, no glass in or around the tub. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or someone over the age of 18\. No one wants to bath with you so please shower prior to use. Use is at your own risk, please exercise caution when entering, exiting, & using the tub. No smoking is allowed indoors. We are honored you decided to choose our home, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. We have a generous stock of food and condiments for your use. Please check freshness dates, be aware of your own allergies and sensitivities, and consume with discretion. We we do not take responsibility for the food and drinks you consume. Running an hour late? Want to stay an extra hour? Should be fine, just let us know in advanced. The equipment, toys and space for our granddaughter were exceptional. A built in baby gate at the top of the stairs!We were there for 5 nights and the kitchen had lots of storage containers, bags, etc for leftovers and insulated containers with lids for coffee to take with us in the morning .
