"The property was accurately described on tbe website. We had issues using the smartlock initially and one of airconditioners was not working. Clear written instructions on how to operate the gas fire would have been good. Coming from QLD we were not familiar with gas fires and whilst once we found where the operating panel was it was clear, it took us more than a day to discover where the oprerating panel was.The owner did not really address our concerns on how to operate the fire or the faulty...
