Top Foothills Visitor Center Hotel Reviews
Comfort Inn & Suites Sequoia/Kings Canyon
8/10 Good
"Good hotel close to sequoia national park. It provided breakfast which was good. Like the face that the rooms could maintain a cool temp during the hot season and the pool was a bonus."
The Whitney Room 7 Sequoia Motel - Mins to Park!
10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful stay! The motel was cozy, peaceful, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. I slept so well and really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beauty of the Sequoia area. It felt simple, comfortable, and welcoming. Definitely a place I would happily come back to!"
Sequoia Village
10/10 Excellent
"Recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is 4 miles from the base of Sequoia National Park. It's also conveniently located close to town with different restaurants, shops, etc to enjoy. The establishment had lots of perks (free laundry, game room, nice deck to sit out and lots of outdoor seating, as well as a trail along the water.) The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful from start to finish and were good at accommodating to two separate changes I needed to make to my stay. Parking onsite is free. The only cons were the bathrooms were small and the water pressure in the facility was not good. Price was pretty comparable to what I saw in the area. If I was in the area, I would come back for the customer service alone."
Charming House Inside the Gate of Sequoia National Park
10/10 Excellent
"Location as described on the advertise, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, amazing view,, relaxed atmosphere guaranteed, ideal for families, beds comfortable.Only a small note that water flowing from the shower is a little low in power. Overall amazing experience! Highly recommended to view the stars overnight! Thank you Laura for your amazing Villa!"
Sequoia Haven Hole - Whimsical Earthberm FairyTale, Riverfront. 1 min to Sequoia
10/10 Excellent
"This place was magical! First of all, the location is awesome, the private river access was so relaxing to sit out and listen to at night but also take a dip to cool down after a long day of hiking. Bring your water shoes though! It's also right outside the Sequoia Park entrance which was extremely convenient. The house itself is so fun, the decoration was so beautiful! Plenty of great amenities to make our stay comfortable, including laundry! Bonus, the wifi worked very well! The host was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. We took advantage of the EV charging which was great because there are not any public chargers available nearby so we were able to go into the park everyday with a full charge! It's not free but I felt the price was fair, make sure you budget accordingly."
Beautiful Private Cottage 3 miles from the Sequoia Park Entrance
10/10 Excellent
"Very cozy and clean. Really loved the peaceful location with plenty of wildlife around. Very close to the Sequoia park entrance. Has to be the best place to stay in this area."
Romantic Couples Cabin near Park Gate Entrance to Sequoia Nat'l Park
8/10 Good
"Just as described. Could use a little update with some of building but close to everything we were looking to do"
STUNNING VIEWS, CRISP IMMACULATE MOUNTAIN TOP HOME WITH HOT TUB
10/10 Excellent
"This is a very pretty and nicely appointed house- the host clearly has an eye for design and it was nice to experience nature in a well furnished place with thoughtful details. The views really are great, and the wifi and streaming services on the TVs all worked well the central AC was effective even in the crazy August heat. Good gas stove for cooking too."
7.5 Acre Sprawling Sequoia Estate with Hot Tub, Private Pond and Flume hike
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice and peaceful house, away from the downtown area yet close enough to drive to local restaurants. Only 15 minutes to gate of Sequoia National Park. Extremely easy check out! Host said, “Leave everything to the cleaners!” Loved having a washer and dryer. Needed it with 2 teenage boys. Excellent bonus for the middle of our vacation."
