The home is very close to the entrance of the park and convienient in that regard and the ammenities were perfect for our family. The ping pong table and hot tub were great to have while getting situated for the day and relaxing at night under the stars at night. Enough room to spread out with each of our boys getting their own room it was a nice change from all sleeping together in a hotel. Easy access, great views, very relaxing. He had great communication and he was quick to respond to questions. We had limited cell reception but was good once connected to wifi. It could definitely use some repairs, though, and the number of bugs, ants mostly and mainly in the kitchen, was significant but somewhat understandable. From FL so understand how they always find their way inside. The written instructions were very clear and thorough. Wifi worked great for the whole family. Was able to get some work done while the kids were on their devices. They provided shampoo and body wash, and there were plenty of towels but could have used some wash cloths. Also could have provided some dish detergent. The description said it could house up to 9 which is tight and not sure the blankets, pillows, or towels would support that but for us it was plenty. We’re a family of five and stayed for only a couple days but would recommend to others and would stay again given the opportunity.
