-> On the ground floor, you will find a toilet at the entrance, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200cm, in addition to its Italian shower + sink.

-> Upstairs will be a bathroom fitted (bath) as well as two king-size beds 180x200cm in two bedrooms. As well as a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 single bed which are located in the master suite.

-> On a south-facing terrace and without vis-à-vis, you can enjoy the advantageous climate of the Aude by relaxing on armchairs or having lunch on a table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

-> A 9x4m swimming pool (unheated) is also available from April to October, deckchairs are also set up to sunbathe and enjoy the sun.

-> And finally, a ping-pong table and an inflatable jacuzzi that can accommodate 4/5 people is available in the garden, a link with tutorials will be sent to you for its use as well as the manual.
