It has private access via a fenced courtyard entry. There is a king bed in master bedroom and full size bed in second sleeping area. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately the length of a football field to be in the ocean and only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment! WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. We sat on the deck and watched the harvest moon go over in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable. They have both a regular coffee pot and a keurig maker! There was plenty to do and beyond great choices for restaurants! We hiked out to the lighthouse point and saw dolphins fishing at the beach, beyond words! It is steps from the beach and less than a mile to restaurants and shops. The property manager is nearby and always very attentive to questions or issues. ##### Jamie H.
