Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. You will not want to leave this beautifully comfortable condo or the wonderful surroundings of Folly Beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Always love having a beach right outside our deck. The beach has hard sand so great for long walks which we took daily. The town with shops and restaurants were within walking distance

The condo's location is perfect, just steps to the beach and magnificent sunrises and also is close to wonderful restaurants. The condo is well appointed and cozy. I've been visiting Folly Beach for years and this, by far, is the best location.

The condo was very nice with a great view. The only issues were buffering in the tv several times and the one bedroom could not connect at all many times. The porch gave a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view but internet connectivity was poor out there. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in the condo. There was so many things to see and do, including a plantation, Fort Sumter, the USS Yorktown and a buggy tour of Charleston. We definitely would recommend this VRBO for anyone who enjoys the ocean.

The place was great and perfectly located! convenient walk to the “downtown” area, right on the beach, and a quick drive into charleston. The host was super responsive. When we arrived, the elevator was out of commission. My parents are bit older, so it was really nice that she had someone out the next day to fix it!

The best beachfront condo value for the money

I’ve stayed at many different properties on Folly beach and this one is by far my favorite. The condo is large and spacious, decor is pleasant, condo is clean, you have your own private balcony overlooking the ocean and the price is comparable to condos way smaller and not as new.

Our family of 4 had a great week at this condo on Folly Beach. The place is plenty spacious for a family of 4, balcony facing the water is amazing, place was clean and the full kitchen is well stocked with newer appliances and everything you would need. Just a great spot. Hope to be back here one day!

Loved the view and sound of the ocean. The unit was very roomy and clean loved that there was an elevator for easy access. Close to downtown and the pier! Felt very welcomed with a nice drink and snack gift.

Great location in Folly

This was a very comfortable accommodation for six adults (which included 2 teen girls). Location was ideal for walking to Bert’s Market or into Center Street. Having Folly Beach on our annual trip list, this is the earliest part of the summer that we have visited (week prior to Memorial Day) and we found it less crowded and more enjoyable.

Wonderful 60th bday getaway with family

The unit has been upgraded from the pic's posted on VRBO, and looks wonderful. Everything was clean, spotless, the view can not be beat. Within walking distance to downtown for shops and resturants. We often walked to Berts. A great place. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

Location was amazing. Watched the fireworks off the balcony on the 4th of July and walked to everything on center street. Enjoyed coffee watching the ocean. Kitchen was cute and updated from the pictures I viewed when renting. Owners were very quick responding to small issues. Would definitely rent again.

My daughter got married on 9/16, and we decided to stay the entire week and make it a family vacation. Perfect stay on Folly Beach!

Beautiful condo, perfect location with great views, steps from the beach… We couldn’t have felt more at home.. we all agreed it was as if a good friend let is use their home. Each room was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Watching the lightening at night over the water was magical. Am hoping we’ll get to come back with family and friends!
