Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties. Welcome to Seacoast Villa 7! This ocean view villa Sleeps 6 and offers gorgeous, unobstructed views. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from this condo. The unbeatable location is across the street from the ocean, and just 1.5 blocks to downtown Folly Beach, with all the cozy shops and restaurants. This villa features an open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining room and cozy living room with plenty of sitting space for entertainment. The living room opens to ocean view balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 and there are additional 4 bar stools around the kitchen bar. The Main Bedroom offers a private access to the balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom offers access to a private full bathroom and closet. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! Footage: 1452 Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. Free parking is available with one spot under the building an open parking in the lot. Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. An Elevator is available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends. The condo was clean & spacious. The views amazing!! The proximity to town convenient. The only tiny issue I had was the tub draining when I took a bath. If I could give a rating of more than outstanding I would! Location was perfect, across from the beach and close to Center Street. Kitchen was stocked properly with everything you would need for someone who plans on cooking. Bedrooms were roomy. Patio was divine and the four top table allowed us to enjoy dinner outside. Loved having a dining room table that we could all sit at. I don't think the pictures do it justice! Natalia and team were great and quick to respond to all of our needs. This will be my go to for future Folly visits. And to be honest, I actually didn't want to give a good review for fear that a lot of people might start staying here and it wouldn't be available when I needed it lol. This was a home run - the location was perfect - right across the beach, quick walk to downtown, easy ride into Charleston, perfect! The condo was great too, clean, well-kept, and awesome views of the beach with all its wildlife. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed. We were at the end of the street so it was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back.
