Ocean Front Coastal Charm

  • Beach Front with views of Folly Fishing Pier. This recently renovated charming cottage has 2 queen beds and 1 King bed along with a queen sleeper sofa bed. The open kitchen features granite countertops and an ocean view while you cook. The open floor plan allows for easy conversation and entertaining. Hardwood floors, spiral staircase, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms. This home features a fenced yard and fenced deck for a pet safe environment.

    WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let me know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

We had a great time staying at Ocean Front Coastal Charm! It was very accommodating to our 2 pups with the fenced in yard and beautiful deck right on the beach! The house was very comfortable for us to with a great kitchen!Thank you!!

This rental was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The king bed in the loft area was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean views. Great deck and little yard with gates- perfect for our dog. Plenty of lawn chairs on the deck too! Situated in a quiet area yet within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Not too far a drive to many amazing parks with extensive biking trails. Responsive owner! We had a fantastic time!

Great view of the beach! House was clean and pet friendly. Stairs would be harder for elderly to get up or young children but it worked for us. The beach was beautiful and empty until the weekend and then it was packed. The shower was amazing! We were worried about having 6 people and only one shower but the water pressure was great and we were all able to shower and never ran out of hot water. Washer and dryer were nice to have as well.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our week here so much, the house and setting was just perfect for our family. We had our small dog with us and the small fenced yard was definitely a plus. House was very clean and well maintained. Would love to stay again.

Perfect location on Folly Beach. Quiet (Feb-March) and wonderfully dog-friendly. Well stocked and extremely responsive and attentive host. Have stayed here twice and would happily return in the future.

Lovely beach cottage with amazing view!

We had a great experience staying at this property- clean, well air-conditioned in the SC heat and can’t beat the view and access to the beach. Great place for one family with small-ish children (when comfortable with stairs) - a lovely beach cottage!

Beach Perfection

We loved the property, especially the proximity to the beach and the exact right distance from the Folly Beach town center. The house was clean and quiet, and it was a 30 second walk to the beach. The deck provided a perfect spot to enjoy a morning beverage and watch the sun rise.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing vacation cottage! The location was the best and being able to bring our pups made it one of the nicest times we have ever spent at the beach. They are truly dog friendly and we were able to relax and know our pups were safe. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a great week, Thank you so much for having us .
