Folly Vacation 204 Getaway, Relax & Unwind

  • Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

    Relax and unwind in this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath classic Folly Beach cottage, with a fully enclosed private hot-cold outdoor rain shower off of the half bath. Respectfully renovated to maintain its historic integrity, you'll appreciate the mix of old and new. From the smooth stained concrete floor that cools your bare feet to the beautifully reclaimed wood ceiling, this one of a kind cottage promises a memorable retreat. The cozy living area is perfect to relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, furnishings include an L-shaped leather sofa that opens out into queen size bed. The modernized kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, custom wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The full size bathroom has large walk-in shower with seamless glass door and rain shower head.

    Outside, relax with utmost privacy in the lush landscape that offers ample space to grill and dine around the courtyard patio. This yard is highlighted with many ancient live oaks that dot the large, fenced lot, where soft grass invites all to romp and play—including pets. There's also a private outdoor rain shower and laundry room with half-bath to make cleanup a breeze. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

    We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

    Parking included for up to four vehicles in the private circular driveway. This home is 900 Sq. Ft.

This was our second stay with these hosts, and once again, we weren't disappointed! The beautifully renovated house was spotless, perfectly suited for our family at Folly Beach, with a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, indoor/outdoor showers, and a fully fenced backyard ideal for our dog and relaxing outdoors. This spot was perfect for us, we had bikes and got around so easily. The house was perfect distance from the beach and we loved the outside terrace and huge yard. Cooking I is really important to us and the kitchen was so well stocked!

Perfect Folly House

The house is lovely, well-appointed, and CLEAN. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is nice as well. The outside has a shaded patio perfect for morning coffee. Everything was within walking distance which is key in Folly. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved this little cottage

I loved this little cottage at the beach. It is in a great location on a beautiful landscaped shaded fenced yard. I also loved the outdoor shower and used it everyday. One of my favorite houses in Folly Beach. Would love to own this house myself.

A Wonderful Place To Stay!

So cute and cozy. And the yard was much larger than expected, it’s hard to tell the size from the photos but it’s a decent sized yard and securely fenced all the way around. Great location, we could walk to pretty much every thing including the beach, and downtown Charleston was just a quick 25 minute drive. Highly recommend Lost Dog café for breakfast and lunch, or just a quick coffee. They were just a 2 minute walk from the rental! We definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Folly.

Wonderful , well appointed property. The house was close to beach and town and had everything we needed. Very clean, great outdoor shower. The only negative were the mosquitos. We could not enjoy the patio or fenced backyard with our dogs, it was really bad, even with repellant. Might be seasonal, idk…But other than that, a great place to spend a,few days !

A wonderful, charming, tranquil and amazing beach bungalow! Truly the best time in Folly Beach during the off season. The house is incredible, truly photos do not do it justice. The backyard from the outdoor seating, outdoor shower and fenced in yard for your dogs. PERFECTION. We enjoyed the walkability to town, amazing restaurants and the beach. If you are thinking you need to reset by the beach you absolutely should book this home! We cannot wait to return to Folly Beach soon.

This property is super cute, well decorated, clean, and stocked with beyond the basics. The kitchen has everything you could want to actually cook a meal. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable and include ample pillows, extra blankets, and oscillating fans for that all important white noise! My dogs loved the yard, which is securely fenced. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but only a couple minute walk from Center Street. Property management was prompt in communication, friendly, and easy to work with. Check out time is generous and instructions aren’t complicated. Overall, A+. This is one of those rare properties where the listing is an accurate description!

This was the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and to all the shops and restaurants. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.
