Only 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to dining and shopping. When we arrived it was awesome to walk into the property not only being clean but smelling fresh and clean. The A/C was also a nice touch walking into from being hot outside. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed hanging in the living room when not at the beach. The area is quiet and safe. An extra bonus was allowing our fur babies (2 dogs) to join with us. The yard was perfect and again a short walk to the beach and dog park nearby when they needed to get their energy out.
