The landscaping, yard, and dock on the marsh are immaculately designed and maintained. The kitchen is the nicest I’ve had in a vacation property. Plenty of amenities. With 7 people showering, we never ran out of hot water. It’s a very quick walk to the sand, and the sunset out the back above the marsh is absolutely stunning. The house had a few boogie boards, a couple beach chairs and lots of games to choose from. Kitchen is well stocked with numerous pots/pans/cooking utensils. Came across multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, but nothing major. The driveway is very tight and took some extra planning/strategy. Interior stairs are uneven height as well as not level so require some balance and concentration. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level if anyone has balance issues, has trouble walking, or needs to avoid the stairs. Overall, the house was neat, clean, comfortable and very relaxing space for 7 adults. Would happily return for a future stay! ##### Lindsay J. The view of the marsh from the back porch during the evening and sunset was absolutely stunning. Beach access was a walk across the street to a public access point that took maybe 2 minutes to get to. The back porch had amazing furniture and a large table for outdoor dining. The kitchen was amazing with a large marble island and everything you would need from all clad pots and pans to wustoff cutlery. Gas stove was great for cooking all our meals. The master room is huge and has a beautiful balcony view of sunset and the Morris Island Lighthouse as well. The Stay Duvet staff did an exclellent job as well. We had a small issue in the kitchen and it was resolved by an on-island employee in less than half an hour. Absolutely incredible stay. I would and have already recommended this property to friends and family. We're already planning a follow on visit. ##### Thomas H.
