It is extraordinarily roomy, feels nice and homey, has generous parking, and provided everything we needed. Kate was an excellent, helpful host. The location is great with beach access just across the street, and it was a short walk or bike ride from the central business area and the public pier. Kate, our host, was fantastic and helpful with local recommendations. For those with elderly parents (or with mobility issues) the house has an elevator, which was a definite asset. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, with public beach access directly across the street and short walks to the pier and Center of town. Home is well maintained clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Location is very convenient. House needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. Expected for the price for it to be much nicer inside. Furnishings very worn, shower missing 1 door, and overall just ok.
