Beachfront 4 bedroom/3 bath Traditional Folly Beach Cottage featuring 3 outdoor decks with spectacular ocean views & private beach access.

The Sand Bar is located within walking distance from the Morris Island Lighthouse, the famous surf spot, The Washout, and only 3 miles from Folly Beach Center Street where you will find dining, shopping and entertainment options.

This 4 bedroom/3 bath home features private beach access and 3 outdoor decks. Enjoy the Folly Beach sunrises on your private oceanfront deck. The Sand Bar also features a sunbathing deck where you can relax with a margarita made from your very own Jimmy Buffett Margarita maker. After a long day on the beach, enjoy our 20 foot covered deck for a glass of wine or family game time on our 8 foot outdoor dining room table.

This Folly Beach home provides our guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a full bunk bed with twin overhead and a queen sleeper sofa to easily accommodate 10 guests.

Enjoy the Sand Bar's family room that features a 12 foot slider to highlight your oceanfront view. Additionally, both oceanfront bedrooms offer 6 foot sliders for private access to the covered deck.

Great Stay!

My son and I spent a week here and it was wonderful! The house was very well kept and clean and had everything we needed. It was great to walk right from the house to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Folly Beach rental!

This house could not be more perfect for a beachfront getaway. We woke up every morning to the most gorgeous view of the ocean and sunrise, and were only a few minutes away from the shops and restaurants of Folly. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect Girls Weekend

We took a trip to Folly to celebrate a friends birthday. There were seven of us and the house was perfect. Nice quiet location, the house was very comfortable and well appointed. Communication was great and checkin and checkout were easy. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely book here again.

Beautiful Beach Front Home for a Small Group

Organizing and staying at his beach-front home in Folly Beach home could not have worked more wonderfully for our group. Organizing the trip, I had questioned whether to splurge on a beach front for our small trip, this homes location and back patio was stunning. One of my best memories will be within an hour, seeing my parents sitting on the beautiful back porch staring into the Ocean, while my friends and siblings were coming back from a walk on the beach. Runs in the morning, lunches in Folly Beach during the day and long-slow nights - I would bet each person on the trip left more rested than they came. I'm very thankful for the consistency and predictability of this listing and the property manager, it really made the trip about staying at this perfect, quiet home - making memories with our family and friends.

Pictures do not do it justice - a true vacation!

This home is superb!! When you look out and see the ocean it's better than the best photos here! From the moment you walk in, it smells clean, and the home is bright. My husband and I are of an age where we bring our own pillows, which somehow didn't make it to the car before we left. However, the king bed is truly magical. We both has our best nights sleep in a LONG time! We were with our two girls - 4.5 and 5 months and the monitor for the baby reached out to the beach so we could still be outside while the baby napped. You only need to bring a bathing suit - the house has everything else! Toys galore, chairs and our big girl used the house's boogie board for (literally) 6 hours a day! The waves are not too much for children, there is a surf school a 30 second walk away if that's of your interest, and the beach was never crowded since it's at the far end of the island. The beach refurbishment project will only make this home better, which doesn't even seem possible based on our stay. Our only "hardship" was that we do not know how to grill using charcoal, and was probably a user error. Lastly, another intangible was the responsiveness, helpfulness, flexibility and kindness of the managers! The beach refurbishment project did not affect our stay, but they let us know beforehand, and were very detailed about how this could affect our visit. That type of up-front honesty feels harder to come by, and we were so appreciative.

Great Spot

House is perfectly located right on the beach. Low traffic as it is located at end of island so even on a holiday the beach was not crowded. The outdoor deck spaces were awesome!

A small space at the edge of America

I have stayed at this home 2 years now. It is a fantastic place to spend a few days unwinding and looking at the changing colors of the ocean from the porch. Great beds. I always want to buy a new bed after staying here.

Unbelievable views

This was our second time at this property. We love the house so much! We could literally step off the deck into the ocean! My youngest cried when it was time to leave, but we assured her we’d be back. 💕 Protip: the queen beds are more comfortable than the king imo, especially the one with the Jack and Jill bathroom 😁

Perfect place for a family of 5 or 6

Very clean and one of the best spots on the beach. Not too close to town. My only complaint is had trouble getting into the front door. But the house manager was prompt with letting us know how to do it. The door would stick some. Had no problems after that. Would stay again!
