Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties. Welcome to 208 W Ashley! This newly listed cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, brand new stainless steel appliances and an unbeatable location with beach access across the street. There are two public beach accesses; one is just steps away across the street, and the other one at the end of the block with conveniences of public restrooms and outdoor showers. The cottage is a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's popular Center Street, filled with great options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. This home offers an open concept living room, with the main bedroom on one side of the house, and the rest of two bedrooms on the other. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! The Space Bedroom 1: King, Smart TV Bedroom 2: Queen, Smart TV Bedroom 3: Two Twins, Smart TV Approximate Sq. Footage: 960 Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, plus long driveway is suitable for a boat or a trailer. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max, no more than 40 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. The property is small, but perfect for what we needed it for. The house has beach chairs and boogie boards to use that the kids loved. We had a minor issue while there, and they promptly sent someone out to address. Would definitely recommend! I’ve been to Folly many times and this location cannot be beat. House was clean and cozy. Convenience to downtown combined with the laid back casualness of a beach town was just what we were looking for. Looking forward to another visit. We loved the proximity to the public beach access and Center Street. Charleston was an easy 20 minute drive too, which was great. We very much enjoyed our first stay at Folly Beach. ##### Jaymie W. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hust steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owners were readily available and ensured we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The outside grill is not usable but we were told that up front. We ate at several of the local restaurants. We will be back. ##### Roger P. The house was clean, the appliances worked and it was supplied with enough for our family of four to stay for a week. A couple of things we found after the first couple of days was the sofa is quite uncomfortable and could be updated.
