This oceanfront home with bright and airy colors has three stories of extra large porches and decks overlooking the Atlantic to admire the endless ocean views. It is located on the 10th block of East Arctic and offers direct beach access. The open-floor concept with easy indoor-outdoor transitions to all the oceanfront porches is ideal for entertaining family and friends and experiencing coastal living. Each breezy, light-flooded bedroom has dreamy ocean views and offers private access to the 2nd story porch. The expansive kitchen with a sizable island provides the perfect setting for the family's culinary enthusiasts to showcase their skills while enjoying the rest of the group. Walk out of the living room onto the main level porch, with plenty of seating and a bonus open-air dining area. The second level porch has access from all three upstairs bedrooms, and the top bird's peak porch offers the 'absolute best view'! It had plenty of space for all of us. There were only a few minor things I would say need improvement. The balls on the curtain rods weren’t all on the curtains so if you pulled the shades the whole rod would fall and hit someone in the head. The only other thing was the closets were full of stuff. When you come somewhere for a week, it is nice to unpack your things. Also, it was originally advertised that there was a grill and there wasn’t one. Other than that, it was great!
