Cosy house "Sogno di Mare", renovated in 2025. In the centre of Follonica, in a central, busy position, in the heart of the city, 30 m from the sea, 1 m on the beach, direct access to the beach. 100 m footpath to the house. Shop 20 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, café 20 m, bicycle rental 700 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Follonica Matteotti" 2.2 km, railway station 700 m, sandy beach "Follonica" 2 m, thermal baths "Sassetta" 233 km, bathing lake "Accesa (Massa Marittima)" 20 km. Marina 13 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Cala Violina 17 km, Castiglione della Pescaia / Punta Ala 30 km, Piombino 25 km, Populonia / Baratti 30 km, Massa Marittima 20 km, Grosseto.     Alles super

    Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles an Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien ist reichlich vorhanden. Eine große Auswahl an Decken und Kissen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Zwei schöne Bäder, alles sauber. Zwei kleine, aber ausreichende Schlafzimmer. Gute Klimaanlagen. Und das beste ist die Lage! Es ist direkt auf dem Strand, was wirklich sehr schön ist. Außerdem ist man direkt an der verkehrsberuhigten Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.

    Schönes einfaches Strandhaus

    Gute Lage zwischen öffentlichen Standabschnitt und Uferpromenade mit Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, mit einfacher aber zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die abgegrenzte Terrasse. Wenn noch Strandliegen mit zur Verfügung gestellt würden, wäre es perfekt.

    Sogno di Mare

    Ho trascorso un mese in questa baracca sul mare, così le chiamiamo noi locali le case che si affacciano direttamente sulla spiaggia. La casetta è nuova ,appena ristrutturata , c’è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in pieno relax. Cucina ben attrezzata ,( avrei apprezzato un piccolo microonde )al quale forse non hanno pensato. Bagni comodi e spaziosi, le camere un po’ sacrificate!!!! Veranda comodissima di fronte al mare. Consigliatissima!!!!
