"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Absolutely loved our stay here. Our double room turned out to be a huge apartment with plenty of space and even its own washer!
The staff here is so helpful and kind. They helped us figure our way around and even had tram tickets for sale so we didn't have to stress about it while we figured out the app and what we wanted to get for the rest of the trip.
The buffet breakfast is super and highly recommend getting it added on. We also ended up having dinner here three nights out of the five that we stayed because it worked out better for our plans and was also delicious. While the hotel is in area that may seem a bit out of the way, there is a tram stop right across the street, an Aldi's about a ten minute walk away to get whatever you want and several restaurants and cafes within a 20 minute walk.
Again, the helpfulness of the staff, the nice sized rooms and the food will definitely have us staying here if we are back versus any of the more "typical" chain hotels in the central area. "
"The room and bathroom were clean. The nicer rooms are definitely comfortable. The A/C was powerful. It is rare to have effective A/C in Germany, and I'm very glad it actually worked at this hotel! Breakfast has good variety and quality. We enjoyed our stay."
