I had to switch rooms because the bathroom flooded as i tried to shower. then in the new room the bed was broken, the AC/heater didn’t work, it didn’t have a phone and the TV wasn’t connected to wifi. i had to contact the front desk by calling from my own personal phone and let them know. the towels were also dingy and stained. the room had long black hairs everywhere like they didn’t clean… outside of the room always smelled freshly cleaned though."
