"Great hotel, in good proximity to Braies and Tre Cime. The food was varied and tasty throughout, with half board offering excellent value for the evening meals. Staff were friendly throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little noisy from surrounding rooms at times. "This place was fantastic. The staff was so helpful. They called and made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant when we couldn’t figure out the booking process. They also chilled our wine for us because there wasn’t a refrigerator in our room. The sauna and steam room were very sleek and clean. The breakfast options were so plentiful and filling! We couldn’t get over how good the food was for a complimentary breakfast. The *only* ding against them is that the mattress was on the stiff side. I didn’t mind it, but my husband loves a soft mattress so this was noticeable to him. Something to know if that’s a requirement for you."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
