"Wow!!!! What a beautiful property. The hottub was amazing!!! If you are looking for a place that is close to a town but has a remote feeling, this is the place to stay. Hiking around the property is an adventure. You will see all kinds of cool places and things. Behind the house is a cool teepee made from sticks. It was so cool finding it. If you love wildlife you will have special visits from the cutest chipmunks. Sitting on the side patio look across the road and see beautiful mule deer.The o mountains are majestic. Plus the most beautiful sunsets. Love love love this property. As an addedbonus this was our honeymoon and it was perfect."

"A beautiful and quiet place to stay with easy access to all the sights! The place was perfect for taking our 16, 13 and 3 year old. The ping pong table and foosball table provided the older two with plenty of entertainment. Our three year old enjoyed playing in the reading nook, swinging in the two swings and watching the humming birds. We even saw a mule deer right off the deck our first night. We would love to come stay again. Host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!"

"This is one of, if not, the most amazing places we have ever stayed! Well stocked kitchen, wonderful scenery, amazing sunsets, hummingbirds bathing in the waterfall right out the bedroom window in the morning. Peaceful and quiet, oh yeah, the rock formations out back are awesome. Watched a fox running up on them one evening. If you are looking at this place do yourself a favor and book it!"

"The cabin was perfect for us. The views were great especially at night when you can see plenty of stars. We even had some deer come up and visit us on most days. The lodge had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was within driving distance to lots of small towns and activities that we enjoyed. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family."

"Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at Midnight Mountain Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that this was a place where the owners genuinely cared about their guests.The lodge itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and feels new and thoughtfully appointed. All of the little creature comforts were right on point, from the comfortable beds and pillows to the outdoor amenities and everything in between. There was more than enough room for our family to spread out and feel completely at home. There is even a huge TV in the basement, although we found ourselves spending much more time together playing games, working on puzzles, reading, and simply enjoying one another’s company.But honestly, the location and peacefulness are what make this place truly special. It is wonderfully quiet and secluded, yet close enough to so many incredible things. We were only about 20 minutes from Woodland Park and roughly 50 minutes from Colorado Springs, which made it an ideal home base for our adventures.During our stay, we explored Eleven Mile Canyon, rode the steam train in Cripple Creek, hiked the Florissant Fossil Beds, visited Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods, explored Cave of the Winds, and spent time around Manitou Springs and Helen Hunt Falls. We even made it to the Incline. Every day, we came back to the lodge and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We also saw wildlife every single day we were here, which made the experience even more memorable.We are from Kentucky and typically vacation at the beach or travel internationally, so this was a different kind of trip for us. There is an incredible amount to see and do around Colorado Springs and the surrounding mountains, and Midnight Mountain Lodge was the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring.We also want to give a special thank you to the hosts. Although we never actually met them in person, we genuinely felt like their guests rather than just customers. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared, and we felt that they truly cared about our experience and wanted us to be comfortable.This place gave our family peace, quiet, time together, and a chance to slow down.We could not recommend Midnight Mountain Lodge highly enough. Five stars without hesitation. If you are considering staying here, do not second guess it. You will not regret it. The peace and quiet alone are worth it, and the location, accommodations, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches make it special."
Peaceful Hot Tub Home with Mountain Views!

"The house was spacious - the bedrooms were enormous! The kitchen was well outfitted and, though we didn't use or need to use the pancake mix, we really appreciated the Keurig and the creamers. The hot tub was a real hit. We loved knowing that wildlife was all around and enjoyed reading the tracks.Good location for good family time! THANX"
