"Everything was wonderful and staff doing outstanding job .. the property was a cozy spot where you can enjoy the amenities.. the water and rest in a calm environment with a gorgeous view .. staff very attentive .. my son and me enjoyed a lot the paddle boarding time and kayak.. thank you to the owner of the property for have all great ideas how to maintain a customer happy in the stay time"

"We have never stayed on a boat before so this was an interesting and exciting way to spend our anniversary trip! The only downside is the listing didn't specify the AC having about eight or so hours of runtime before generator fuel ran out. However, Kelly was a top tier host who showed genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment and refilled the gas for us no questions asked. The boat itself is extremely fun, well decorated and outfitted. The top deck is amazing for sunrise and sunset. We brought groceries and cooked/enjoyed dinner and breakfast just like in our own kitchen. Because it's anchored it's always facing the wind and the large front and rear windows provided a good breeze throughout. We enjoyed taking the dingy to and from shore (less than a 5 min ride) and never had a problem with weather delaying that trip. Instead of another hotel room or condo we left with unique memories we'll have for the rest of our lives. Thanks Kelly!"

"Needed to book only one night with pet. Room was immaculate, all was very new and everything we needed. Cold air was a plus. Communication with host was punctual and thorough. There is a small park just a block towards water that we enjoyed strolling through in late evening. Would definitely recommend and book again."

"As advertised—spacious houseboat with a huge 2nd level deck overlooking the marina and the cove. Perfect spot for dads/boys that’s close to options for food and boating. "

"My family stays at VRBO's so we can just hang out, cook and play games. There really wasn't sufficient appliances to cook with. Not even an air fryer. There was a toaster and a 2 burner electric heating element thing and the toaster is in desperate need of being replaced. But the food at the dive bar was excellent.. we just had not budgeted and prefer not to eat every meal out. The office ladies were very friendly. We would stay again if they would stock the place with an air fryer, toaster oven, blender, some appliance and this place would be fine"
