"Definitely not a 4-star experience and far from worth $1,000+ per night. The room lacked basic amenities—there was no shampoo provided, and I had to use shower gel instead. The hair dryer was also broken, and despite reporting it, no replacement was offered. The beach conditions were disappointing as well, with significant seaweed both on the shore and in the water, making it far from enjoyable. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for the price point, and I would not recommend it."

"Thankfully, we only stayed one night. On one hand we liked the location and seeing the boats coming in and out of the docking area just outside of the room was nice. However, the inside of the room we had is just worn down and is overdue for a refresher. Also, the first time we went to take showers, it took 15 minutes for the water to warm up. The second time we went to take showers it was only cold water. Most disappointingly when we were checking out the staff at the desk asked “how my stay was” and when I said we were disappointed with the shower experience, he brushed it off without an apology or finding a way to make me happy as a customer. With all that in mind, it’s just not worth the cost. I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"The gentleman at the adult pool was Andre was a very nice man as was the guy Kim who drove the cart . The drink prices were too expensive we finally went out and got our own drinks. 8-9 dollars for a beer is outrageous when you can buy your own for a dollar each. The property and views were great staff all very friendly. Also you pay a premium to stay there already then to be charged $25 a night to park is nuts. Also the surprise bill when you check out is a shocker for multiple taxes and resort fees is excessive when you’re already paying a premium. Parking hit and miss most nights we parked in the construction yard and had to walk for $25 a night😡"

"Room was not clean. Blood on living room wall, lots of hair in the bathroom. Shower drained too slowly. Nice pool. Marina area was great under palapa. Nice and cool. Outdoor grill, charcoal. Free use of kayaks."
