Very nice facility. Only complaint is that our view was not great. Have stayed here before and loved the view. This room overlooked a street and had a garbage truck there each morning.
It was my first time and I would go again. the general atmosphere was friendly, nice, and inviting. No complains at all.
Everything was immaculate, from the room to the pool. The staff is so incredibly friendly! I have stayed in the suites at the NY Palace, more than one Ritz Carlton property, and many of the Biltmore properties. Santa Maria blew them all out of the water. Exceptional!!!!!!!
