"The staff at the property is very helpful, they really try their best to get you situated really fast. My experience was fantastic, since the receptionist that change my room for something more appropiate for my family with no extra charge, the valet parking was very helpful too. The beach club is so beautiful, although we did not enjoy it as much because the sea was rough and the seaweed was still there, but at least it was not smelly like in the Miami beaches. Overall, I highly recommend it and will try to come back again!"
