"We were celebrating our 1st year anniversary and stayed at the Hyatt in Delray. It was a beautiful hotel. Very clean and esthetic. The staff were so kind and professional, from the front desk, house keeping team, and the sweetest breakfast attendant. My husband wanted to surprise me with a romantic room setup and the staff literally put all the decorations together for him before our arrival. I was so impressed by the detail they put into making our stay extra special. They went above and beyond. We will definitely be back anytime we’re in the Delray area!"

"Property Advertised seven bedrooms, but they were only six so one of our family members had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The three beds in the bedroom was supposed to be King beds and they were queenFaucet did not work in the hot tub in the ground floor bedroom.There was no exercise room , sauna or exercise equipment as advertised when we talked to the host we were told that was deemed unsafe so was closed off to us.Several lights did not work.We ran out of toilet paper, paper, towel towels, and garbage bags and when called for supplies were told to go to Walmart and submit a billCockroaches and ants in the house.However, the house was very good for our needs with a large group and ability to be inside in the hot weather as well as to use the pool."
