It was very clean, very spacious. Decorate very cute. We had so much fun and it had everything we needed. The only thing I would say it could do with is a few more coffee jugs. Enough for the 10 people, I think we only had 5. Everything else was amazing!

Such an amazing stay!

A group of girlfriends stayed for a bachelorette party and we had a blast! The pool was a great place for us to hang out - it was clean and warm! The house is a perfect distance from all of DelRay's attractions like the beach and Atlantic Ave. Would recommend 10/10!

I'm so glad I ignored that one bad review because everything was great. Loved the warm pool and everyone had their own room. Lots of showers and Colene was a delight. Location is close to downtown Del Ray.

Very conveniently located to Atlantic Ave and the beach, also close to CVS, Publix, etc. The house was a great size for our extended family of 10. Quiet, relaxing and cozy, with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was really fantastic with lots of pool toys! We had a few small hiccups that the host addressed right away. Overall we had a great stay!

Birthday celebration

My sister in-laws joined me in Delray to celebrate my 70th. The house was perfect for our needs, we all had our own bedroom and space to hang out. The pool area was very nice and even when it rained we sat under the umbrella and played games. Beautiful neighborhood and easy access to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this house and would happily return.

We loved this cute and aesthetically pleasing place! We’ve been lovers of Delray Beach for a very long time and it was a great experience. My only suggestion would to have the pool a little colder in the hot summer months, but I still enjoyed it very much. It doesn’t change the overall review at all :)

Awesome Delray Beach Rental

This was the perfect house for a girl's trip to Delray Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and overall comfort of the property. The house is very roomy, making it perfect for a large group like ours. The place was clean and well-maintained. Colene, the host, was great to work with. House needs a little attention

Great pool not advertised as saltwater but it didn’t matter. No a/c in bunk bed bedroom. Host told us handyman would come for a broken handle on freezer and a condensation leak from a/c vent but he never showed. Not the host’s fault overall we had a great time

Perfect mix of rental with personal feel

I’ve stayed in a south Florida rental with my extended family approximately 15 times in past 8-10 years and this is one of our favorite rentals we’ve found. It’s a great combination of a typical rental but also feels like a real home (more rugs, cushions than the typical minimally furnished rental). Most FL properties feel like huge houses with sparse furnishings, but this property is comfortable and a great place for a family meal or game night around one of the large dining tables. Our family trips are filled with full days in the pool, homemade family meals eaten at a big dining table, and puzzles and card games at a big table. All easily done in this home (kitchen a little small for cooking but definitely workable). The only issue I would point out is the upstairs bathroom situation- there are 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom has 2 toilets and 1 shower but the toilets are separated by an open shower- meaning there is no wall or door between them. We assumed 2 toilets available upstairs but practically works as one. It’s totally doable and not a big deal, but took us a bit of reorganizing to make sure worked. Property manager was extremely responsive, flexible and helpful. This property is by far best value for money we’ve found in south Florida. Really pleased with entire experience and would defo go back.
