Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one suite, with a privileged location between the beaches of Ingleses and Santinho, dunes and montains. The apartment sleeps six adults comfortably. There is a double bed in each bedroom. Both beds have air conditioning. It has a living room attached to a dining room, which contains a table for 8 people. The kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave and all the utensils needed for six people. There is a balcony with spectacular views of Ingleses beach and the hill that separates Ingleses beach from Santinho beach. The dunes of Santinho complete the magnificent view! There is a covered garage space. The condominium has swimming pool and ballroom. The condominium is 200 meters from Ingleses beach and 400 meters from Santinho dunes.

Melhor estadia de todas!
O apartamento é lindo, bem equipado e muito espaçoso. A varanda nem se fala, com uma vista maravilhosa, de canto para o mar e com a vista maravilhosa para as dunas do Santinho. Somado a rede e a churrasqueira não poderia ficar melhor.
Ficamos 1 mês inteiro, que apesar do tempo chuvoso e clima mais ameno, rendeu bons momentos com a família.
A localização, entre 2 praias excelentes, contribuiu bastante para não nos deslocarmos muito. Sem contar que o bairro (ingleses) é praticamente uma cidade, com bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados e bancos por perto, não precisamos ir ao centro de Florianópolis resolver nada.
A vaga de garagem é um pouco apertada, mas meu carro sedã coube bem. Talvez uma caminhonete não entre.
Como experiência de estadia minha nota é 1000! A anfitriã é maravilhosa, muito cordial e compreensiva.
Iremos voltar sempre!

O prédio tem uma boa localização e vista para morro (nascer do Sol é fascinante). O que incomoda são os pernilongos (são volume gigantescos, quem tem alergia cuidado) e o ar condicionado que é muito barulhento. Do mais é só curtir.

Fim de semana maravilhoso!
O serviço de recepção foi excelente. Chegamos no prédio na hora programada e fomos muito bem recebidos. Nos mostraram a vaga da garagem e nos passaram as chaves. Nos levaram até o apartamento e nos explicaram tudo sobre a utilização dos utensílios, aparelhos de ar condicionado, a tv e a churrasqueira. Nos informaram a senha do Wi-Fi. Deixaram umas cervejas na geladeira e que vieram a calhar porque estava muito quente. O apartamento é lindo e estava um brinco, muito limpo! A varanda é muito ampla e tem vistas lindas para a praia dos Ingleses, para o morro que separa as praias dos Ingleses e do Santinho e para as dunas da praia do Santinho. O apartamento é também muito confortável. Ficamos dois dias, mas deu vontade de morar permanente neste apartamento! A piscina do prédio também é muito boa. A água estava bem limpa e tratada. A proximidade à praia dos Ingleses é um dos pontos altos da ótima localização deste apartamento. Fomos também à praia do Santinho a pé, passando pelas dunas e de carro. A vista de cima das dunas é espetacular! De carro, levou uns 5 minutos para chegar à praia. Nossa estada foi excelente. Fizemos churrasco e comemos sentados na varanda, apreciando as lindas vistas. Nota 1000 para o serviço, o apartamento e a localização! Iremos voltar novamente!
