Property was great and staff very helpful and pollite.Expedia gave me fraudulent bookings. I paid cash to property owner. I have a reciet. I owe nothing. Expedia is a rip off scam.

The area was clean. Shops and food places were within radius. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking spaces within the entire parameter. Small complimentary breakfast in the lobby. Staff were accommodating and friendly. A quaint place for one night stay.

Bed, desk and counters were clean, bathroom ok clean. Tub low water pressure and just warm water, not hot at all, lose faucet handle, crack in floor by tub. I might stay with they again.

The room was clean. The hotel itself is pretty run down and dirty. The internet did not work for several hours in the evening when I was trying to work. There was one vending machine. It was pretty much empty. The breakfast was bananas apples oranges and cheap granola bars. They were out of coffee and no one was in the office to ask about it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our plans changed last minute and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled. Also observed him checking in other guests and he was very courteous and helpful with them also. Definitely will be staying here when we travel to Florence again.
