Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful, and we loved our little balcony overlooking the river. Wish we had brought our earplugs. The noise from the bridge and other rooms could be challenging. Loved being right on Bay Street!

Our room was clean and mostly quiet. There was a little noise from trucks driving across the bridge. The view was great. We enjoyed watching birds, seals, boats and the sunsets. Breakfast was good with several hot items including a pancake machine. Old town with its shops and restaurants was a short walk away. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Room was very clean and looked recently updated. Door to room was solid and opened and closed quietly, which is a switch from some hotels. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was literally 10 feet from the river. Location was great as it was within easy walking distance from the old town area with several shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an old facility that has had a face lift. The bed is comfortable, with new all white bedding. Microwave and fridge are also new. Everything is fresh, clean and functioning. Daytime bridge noise is irritating, but it dwindles to nothing as the evening progresses. Floors, especially near the doors, are squeaky and the tap water is undrinkable. Wonderful view of the river and great location walking distance from old town.

Our room did NOT have air condition and the tiny fan was too loud. The ONLY window the room had faced the parking lot and did not have any air flow going through the room. The picture was deceiving. The double queen bed rooms do NOT have patio/window facing the water — it only faced the parking lot ☹️ The only thing that made up for it was walking area to shops and restaurants and their breakfast was pretty good. Please update the fans in the room to something quieter.
