Welcome to the Floating Houses, floating holiday homes in Kröslin, where you can enjoy an unforgettable stay on the water. Our House 1 spans a spacious 75 m² and accommodates up to 6 people, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a special getaway.

The location of the Floating Houses is unique: With a breathtaking view of Lake Kröslin, the charming Bodden landscape of the Peene River, the Greifswald Bodden, and across the islands of Usedom and Rügen, this holiday home offers a picturesque setting that invites you to relax and unwind. The Baltic Sea is not far away. The beach, just 2,000 metres away in the neighbouring fishing village of Freest, is easily accessible and promises relaxing days by the water. For shopping or culinary delights, restaurants and shops are available in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket and a restaurant are just 300 m away, and the idyllic surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for leisure activities.

When furnishing the Floating House, we thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a 4-burner electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Here you can prepare culinary delights and enjoy them at the dining table in the cosy dining area. A living room with a sofa area and a TV ensures relaxing evenings.

The holiday home features 2 bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor and 1 room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. This room can also be used as a reading or game room. From two of the rooms on the upper floor, you can step directly onto the balcony, where you’ll find two lounge chairs and a wonderful view of the Bodden. A bathroom with a shower rounds out the comfortable living space, and fresh towels are also provided. A hair dryer and a coat rack provide additional comfort.

Another convenience is the free Wi-Fi connection, which gives you access to information and entertainment.

We place special emphasis on your relaxation. The terrace and balcony face Lake Kröslin, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent view. Sun loungers invite you to relax, while children can play on the nearby playground.

Furnishing examples, technical changes, and minor deviations in the amenities are possible.
Smoking is not permitted in the Floating Houses. Please use the covered terrace for this purpose; ashtrays are provided.

You may bring a pet to this Floating House. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. A pet surcharge applies according to the price list.

For active holidaymakers, the surrounding area is a true paradise: whether fishing, biking, sailing, or enjoying water sports—there are numerous options available to make the most of your day. Sports enthusiasts can work out in the fitness room on the marina grounds or explore the charming landscape while Nordic walking or jogging.

You can moor a small recreational boat (maximum 4.50 m x 2.00 m) at the FLOATING HOUSE free of charge.

The Floating Houses are ideally located for enjoying nature while still having access to all the comforts of modern life. With a boat slip (restrictions apply), you can set out on a motorboat directly from your holiday home or spend peaceful hours rowing or canoeing. All in all, our Floating House is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable stay.

Utility costs (electricity, wastewater, heating) are billed based on your personal usage (= metre readings) and deducted from your security deposit after departure.

The stationary houseboats are an ideal home for anyone who loves the special atmosphere on the water… yet still wants to stay on land.
