    The residence has a beautiful SWIMMING POOL, open from 1 June to 15 September, from 8.00am to 11.00pm.

    MAGNIFICENT 20 M2 TERRACE with a breathtaking VIEW of the SEA! The terrace has a seating area with sofa and armchairs and a dining table for 6. The two living-dining areas can be interchanged on the large terrace.

    The flat sleeps up to 6 people.
    It comprises :
    - a master bedroom with 1 DOUBLE BED (140x190),
    - a bedroom with 2 SINGLE BEDS 90x190 (one bed and one pull-out bed),
    - a very comfortable CONVERTIBLE SOFA in the lounge.
    Both bedrooms have large wall cupboards for storing your clothes and belongings. A bunk bed is also available.

    The KITCHEN is fully EQUIPPED and particularly FUNCTIONAL. Nothing is missing: oven, induction hob (3 burners), fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, M. Cuisine + multi-function food processor, Senseo coffee maker, teapot, toaster, pressure cooker, pots and pans with lids, baking dishes and serving dishes, cutlery...


    Two options are available (on request):
    - HIRE OF TOILET DRAPS AND TOILET CLOTHES: €20 / person / stay.
    - the HOUSEHOLD option: 70€.
    These 2 options are not included in the rental price via Abritel and must be paid for on site.

Terrific balcony as photos show, apartment very clean, lovely pool and within reasonable walking distance, 10/15 mins, of good restaurants and busy daily market. In September free parking everywhere and loads of huge sandy beaches. Neighbourhood almost deathly quiet out of season, but still plenty of people in town. Benoît is great. Overall the apartment was slightly smaller than expected with probably 35m2 of living space, but would recommend for a couple or family.

Zunächst einmal ganz lieben Dank an Vermieter Benoit Schmitz: Er hat sich nicht nur im Vorfeld, sondern auch während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut gekümmert, an jedes Detail gedacht und war auch zur Lösung unorthodoxer Probleme sofort zur Stelle. Dafür noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön!Das Tollste an der Ferienwohnung ist die großzügige Terrasse, mit genügend Platz zum Sonnen, lesen und essen. Die Aussicht von dort auf das Mittelmeer ist wirklich wunderbar. Strand und Meer sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und ein Markt. Die Küche der Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet, wobei ein paar Töpfe mehr vorteilhaft werden. Die Wohnung hat ein großes, gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer; das Bad ist leider sehr eng. Zu zweit ist es okay, für mehr Personen ist es zu klein (Stauraum etc.), zumal das separate WC über kein eigenes Waschbecken verfügt.In der Anlage gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftspool, leider ohne Sonnenschutz und ohne eine Möglichkeit, sich hinzusetzen. Insgesamt ist die Anlage außerdem sehr asphalt-lastig, fast alle Außenflächen sind versiegelt; daher nicht sehr hundefreundlich. Für andere Urlauber ist dies aber sicher ein wunderbarer Platz, um Ferien zu machen.

Alles prima

Für das gute Wetter kann der Vermieter nicht: aber die Reise war wunderbar, natürlich "half", dass er deutsch spricht und uns "außerdem" Hinweise auf Sehenswürdigkeiten (wovon einiges offen blieb) und Restaurants gab. So würden wir gern wiederkommen. Ein unvergesslicher Eindruck!

Wunderbare Aussicht

Sowohl der Ort als auch das Appartement sind sehr empfehlenswert. Die Aussicht vom dem riesigen Balkon ist unbeschreiblich. Ich habe es genossen, jeden Morgen mit einem Kaffee dort zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu schauen. Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Matratze im Schlafzimmer und die Ausstattung der Küche. Ich bin kein Leichtgewicht und hatte auf den Matratzen einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. So finden sich mehrere Pfannen und Töpfe aus Edelstahl in den Küchenschränken, passend zum modernen Induktionskochfeld. Weiterhin fand sich in den Schränken ein umfangreiches Angebot an diversen Küchenutensilien. Für mich als Hobbykoch ein wahres Eldorado. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir auch die Schalldämmung des Hauses. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bekommt man von den Nachbarn überhaupt nichts mit. Der Vermieter Benoît ließ mich schon einige Stunden früher in die Wohnung. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam er selbst zu dem Appartement und zeigte mir alles. Der Kontakt mit ihm war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass er sehr gut Deutsch spricht, was in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wurde. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

superbe location

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la pièce à vivre est spacieuse et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Elle permet d'apprécier un magnifique panorama en toute tranquillité car la résidence est à flanc de colline (mais l' appartement est au rez de chaussée, ce qui est très pratique) et au bout d'une impasse. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui se trouve juste en dessous de la terrasse et qui est limite privative car peu de monde. La location est très bien équipée avec une "vraie" cuisine: électroménager de qualité et appareil équivalent Thermomix. Mr Schmitz est un hôte très agréable et à l'écoute de ses résidents. Je recommande +++.

La location est idéalement située avec vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée, idyllique au réveil avec le soleil levant . Piscine très bien entretenue avec accès direct depuis l'appartement, d'ailleurs visible depuis le balcon . Celui est très grand et permet d'y manger, se détendre. Les commerces et le marché sont accessibles à pied en 5 min, ainsi que la plage la plus proche. L'appartement est très bien garni au niveau vaisselle, ustensiles, la literie confortable. M.Schmitz a été un hôte très gentil et accueillant.

Ein Traum am Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement entspricht exact der Beschreibung. Es fehlt dort wirklich an nichts, jedes Detail ist durchdacht und stimmig in der Gesamtkonzeption. Besonders erfreulich war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Hier handelt es sich um ein Objekt, das persönlich betreut wird, bis hin zu den (ungeöffneten) Gewürzen. Den Pool haben wir besonders geschätzt. Bis zu unserer Abfahrt ein sehr angenehmes und auskömmliches Miteinander. Liegen und Matten hat der Vermieter hierfür auch gestellt. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Ab mittags im Schatten ist sie ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und bietet tolle Ausblicke bis hin zum Mondaufgang.

Bon séjour d'avril à St Pierre la mer !

L'appartement tient les promesses annoncées : le plus grand atout est bien sûr son grand balcon-terrasse qui permet d'apprécier les levers de soleil pour les plus matinaux! Nul doute qu'en été, il sera le lieu de belles soirées. La piscine devrait être un plus non négligeable pour les enfants d'autant plus que, pour les parents, l'appartement donne dessus.Notre hôte, en plus d'être très ponctuel, s'est montré serviable et très chaleureux (une bouteille de rosé au frais à notre arrivée!). Bref, un bel appartement, un bel accueil et un bon séjour!
