MAGNIFICENT 20 M2 TERRACE with a breathtaking VIEW of the SEA! The terrace has a seating area with sofa and armchairs and a dining table for 6\. The two living-dining areas can be interchanged on the large terrace. The flat sleeps up to 6 people. It comprises : \- a master bedroom with 1 DOUBLE BED (140x190), \- a bedroom with 2 SINGLE BEDS 90x190 (one bed and one pull-out bed), \- a very comfortable CONVERTIBLE SOFA in the lounge. Both bedrooms have large wall cupboards for storing your clothes and belongings. A bunk bed is also available. The KITCHEN is fully EQUIPPED and particularly FUNCTIONAL. Nothing is missing: oven, induction hob (3 burners), fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, M. Cuisine + multi-function food processor, Senseo coffee maker, teapot, toaster, pressure cooker, pots and pans with lids, baking dishes and serving dishes, cutlery... Two options are available (on request): \- HIRE OF TOILET DRAPS AND TOILET CLOTHES: €20 / person / stay. \- the HOUSEHOLD option: 70€.
