"I didn't realize this place has a "virtual" lobby. No actual front desk. Never saw a staff member, although they were available by phone when we needed the entrance code and a hair dryer. Both times we went out to the hot tub there were a group of kids in it. The lighting of the properties rock driveway is terrible at night. Our room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay. The restaurant and bar weren't open the entire stay either."

"Reserved shuttle at hotel day before for 4:30 am to get to airport. Shuttle driver never arrived. Desk clerk was not very motivated to get someone fast for us. We walked 1/4 mile to airport over a highway in the dark. Terrible customer service"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect. It’s a quick drive to downtown Asheville for dinner, breweries, and exploring, while also being close to Pisgah, Dupont, and Brevard for biking and hiking adventures. Hendersonville is nearby as well, which is such a cute little town, and we loved having easy access to the Ecusta Trail. This spot made it so convenient to experience everything the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Such a beautiful property. We had a group of 4 couples and loved the space, individual en suites and the whole Asheville area. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for early morning coffee and late night wine, the huge table for food and games and the serene front porch for lazy afternoons.Chris is an amazing host - he has thought of EVERYTHING. It is the most well stocked property I've ever stayed at, and it is so clean. The home feels warm and inviting and makes you not want to leave! I highly recommend this home and will be back."

"This home was what we expected. I believe there was brand new furniture in the living room. Wonderful reclining sofas and loveseat. We had everything we needed when we arrived. Any issue we experienced was quickly responded to by the caretaker. We would definitely stay here again."

"This house was perfect for our large family. Every year for Christmas we gift our 5 adult children, their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren with a family 3 day vacay in April. It’s very hard to find a house to accommodate such a large family (16 of us) and have enough to entertain the little kids for 3 days. This property gave us all that. As for having things there for you to use so you don’t have to bring your entire house with you this was the most accommodating property we’ve ever rented. Communication with the owners was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back."

"This extremely comfortable home offers an oasis from Asheville's action. Its hosts are friendly, informative, and available without being intrusive. The charming decor includes thoughtful placement of everything from furnishings (that handy porch table for setting down groceries to unlock the door!) to kitchen supplies, and even includes niceties like plentiful coffee filters and paper towels. It's spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling (no fake scents), with top-notch bed linens, fluffy towels, comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is quiet yet convenient to restaurants, the airport, and highways. It's a super spot!"
