The location was gorgeous! The room was thought fully designed and very nice. I knew that the Pandemic would change the hospitality industry, it was a very different experience than we would have had last year at this time. We didn’t mind wearing masks and were happy it was mandated. Many of the activities were cancelled and the Spa was closed, very disappointing. There were only a few restaurants open with very limited menus, no fine dining options, but Cedrics was always delicious although the wait was very long. The Biltmore Estate was lovely and the Winery was a wonderful surprise. There was no maid service, we were there for 5 nights. We did receive towels but that was all. Overall a wonderful trip but be ready for the COVID-19 related changes.
