Most beautiful place I ever seeing, very friendly staff, excellent restaurants, I will definitely if I have a chance I’m gonna go back to the same place
Village Hotel and Biltmore Winery is our favorite weekend getaway. We enjoy the gardens, wildlife, and entertainment and excellent food. A peaceful beautiful place to viist.
all the staff was so friendly and the trolley service between the hotel and the estate was absolutely perfect
We had a slow moving toilet in our room is absolutely the only complaint
When was clean, on the small side, but perfectly adequate and the social wine sampling at 5 o’clock every evening was quite the bonus!!!!
The Village Hotel was clean, staff helpful and an excellent location. The shuttle was very helpful. We liked the shopping by the Village Hotel better than most of the other shops and the winery. Would recommend staying here.
Beautiful property & well worth the money for the amenities! Staff was great at check in & with any help I needed. Room was nice! The only thing I'd improve is having better options for coffee creamer (other than powdered) in the rooms - 1/2 & 1/2 maybe...
Our room was clean and comfortable. Each day our room was made up. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food and wine was excellent. We enjoyed walking the grounds. The Biltmore house was beautiful as were the gardens. The shuttle to the made our tour much easier. Definitely planning another trip. Definitely recommend the 4th floor tour of the Biltmore house.
Very clean hotel. The decor is mediocre at best. Staff is super helpful and friendly it's just a dated facility compared to some.od the cool boutique hotels in nashville
Such a fabulous stay while visiting the Biltmore! The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The staff were all very helpful, especially Renee at the front desk. You have several very good dining options right here in the Village. We ate at the Bistro and the trout was so fresh! The sunflower field adjacent to the property was in full bloom and seemed to meander along forever! Cute shops and great ice cream all
within steps of the hotel. Oh, and live music both in the hotel courtyard and in the square. Adored this place! Would love to come back someday!
Loved the property as it was beautiful and clean. Well maintained. Dinner at village inn was very good. Upon check in ask about tickets to house admission as it was not readily brought up and beneficial to get upon checking. Length of stay house admission. Prefer they had coffee creamer vs powder packets in rooms but getting petty. Absolutely Loved visit.
There are a lot of extra activities available at the Biltmore. Our time was limited but we squeezed in an eBike rental and explored the property at our own pace. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful well maintained estate and hotel. Many extra activities but all over priced. Great for walks and exploring but all other activities restricted to cost, shame as I would think many would enjoy if they could afford them.
Best activity was the wine tasting that was a big hit!
Restaurants were a little disappointing since they were farm to table, expected much fresher tasting food. Cedric’s was pleasant enough, but Bistro was very disappointing with dry, stale food that did not live up to the class of the establishment.
Beautiful setting shame about excessive extra costs
