Zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit kleinen aber schönen Zimmern.

Zentral gelegene, ruhige Ferienwohnung , wenn gerade im nahe gelegenen Hof keine Konzerte stattfinden. Unterkunft befindet sich am Ende der Fußgängerzone mit kleinen, schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Hafen,Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr schöne zentrale Wohnung!

Ich war mit meinem Mann, unseren beiden Kindern und unserem Hund dort. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und auch die Lage war super. Mein Mann hatte allerdings die Balken an der Decke zu bemängeln. Er hat sich sehr oft gestoßen. Für Leute unter 1,80 m aber optimal. Was wir nicht so gut fanden war, dass der eigene Parkplatz für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern recht weit weg ist. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter. Die Lage und der nette Kontakt waren einfach toll!

Gemütliche, kuschelige Wohnung direkt am Hafen. Kurze Wege, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Kleinere Probleme werden von den sehr freundlichen Vermietern direkt behoben. (Auch zu unmöglichen Uhrzeiten, dankeschön)

hübsche wohnung in einem kleinen haus.

für menschen die 1.92 hoch sind stösst man sich ständig den kopf an den balken. hätte ich vorher wissen müssen. parkplatzsituation ist bei uns nicht commod gewesen.. fremdparker. auf gebuchtem parkplatz. eine wunderschöne Wohnung, weiter zu empfehlen. guter kontakt zum Eigentümer.

Optimale Lage, kein Straßenlärm, aber ...

Es ist erstaunlich, wie man in einem so kleinen Haus eine so große Wohnung zaubern kann. Ein Stern muss ich leider abziehen,, wegen einer schlaflosen Nacht. Man hätte für paar Euro mehr eine Regenschalldichte Dachfensterscbeibe einbauen müssen.

Eine schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Jede Ecke ist optimal genutzt. Neue Küche!!! Die Übergabe und auch Nachfragen beim Vermieter wurden schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Norderstrasse ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, die Phänomenta quasi vor der Türe. Einkaufen, Brötchen und leckere Lokale in der Straße vorhanden. Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Aufteilung über 2 Etagen macht die Wohnung gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir in den 5 Tagen, die wir da waren, nicht gekocht haben. Lediglich die bestellte Bettwäsche war nicht vorhanden. Das Problem ließ sich aber nach telefonischer Rücksprache leicht lösen. Überhaupt lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, er war immer sofort erreichbar und stets freundlich. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Great location

In short, the appartment was great. The location is excellent with a bakery within 50 meters, the shopping streets in 200 meters and the old harbour just behind you. Clean, very complete kitchen, adequate bathroom, good beds. A few minor remarks: if you bring youre bikes, be aware that you have to lift them up and down several stairs to reach the basement and if you are taller than 185 cm you have to watch out for the wooden beams (it is an old house after all). Note that there is an extra fee of 15 Eur pp for towels and bedlinnen. This is not mentioned in the add. Conclusion: a very nice apartment in the heart of a beautiful town. We would surely recommend it!

Es war schön.

Wohnung liegt zentral mitten im alten Flensburg und trotzdem ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. 50 m zur Förde mit guter und witziger Gastronomie, sowie direkt am Museumshafen. Ca. 250 m, dann ist man in Flensburgs Einkaufsstraße Holm. Parkplätze in Flensburg sind wie Goldstaub und Flensburg hat fleißige Ordnungsamtsmitarbeiter. Flensburgs Hügeligkeit ist beeindruckend. Unser Fazit: Es war schön aber für alte Leute anstrengend.
