Pros: Hello! We are very happy that we visited this apartment. I was with my family there. (2 children and husband). There is quite a lot of space inside, very clean, 2x comfotable beds, very good equipments, and good way and short time to the centre of Flensburg (about 5-10 minutes). I like it. My children were happy with this apartment. We too. Greetings for owners for Philip and his wife and for man who repair everything in this apartment. You are very friendly and kind team. The owner Philip can speak English and this is very helpful.

Sehr zentral gelegen, alles schnell erreichbar

Pros: Die zentrale Lage ist natürlich super, alles Wichtige ist schnell zu erreichen, ebenso die Förde. Alles Notwendige war bereits vorhanden, nur Bettwäsche/Handtücher müsste man hinzubuchen. Vermieter war telefonisch schnell erreichbar und wirkte freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einchecken klappte reibungslos. Preis für 4 Nächte war völlig in Ordnung. Cons: Die Parkplatzsituation ist nervig, alle zwei Stunden (Werktags bis 17 oder 18 Uhr) musste ich zum Auto laufen und umparken, sofern ich überhaupt einen Platz fand. Es sei denn man hatte Glück bei einer nah gelegenen und schnell erreichbaren Seitenstraße wo man Dauerparken konnte. Sind keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß und rasch erreichbar, Tipp kam vom Vermieter selbst. Manche Dinge waren kaputt, z.B. Fenster Bad, Tür zum Gefrierfach. In den Bodenleisten sind offene Stellen, klein, aber man kann daran hängen bleiben und sich weh tun. Mir nicht passiert, aber meiner Frau. Wohnung ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Wir waren zu dritt, Paar mit Kind (2 Jahre). Ist doch schon eng alles, aber machbar, meist waren wir ohnehin unterwegs. Im Grunde also kein echter Kritikpunkt.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut mit Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu und somit in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Räume sind groß und bieten für die angegebene Anzahl an Bewohnern mehr als ausreichend Platz. Ein eigener Pkw Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Die Lage in der Stadt ist als neutral zu bewerten. Weder am Wasser noch im Zentrum gelegen, gelange ich mit einem Kfz problemlos schnell an jeden Ort. Fussläufig zum Zentrum sind es dennoch nur 10 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und kompetent.
