The Carriage House is a 2nd floor loft over a 3-bay garage with fantastic natural light and cathedral ceilings throughout. Large bedroom with en suite bathroom. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Great light and spa-like wall colors add to the comfortable nature of the this 700 square foot space. A small back deck provides private seating and relaxing sounds of a mountain stream flowing into the New River.
The bathroom hosts a large garden tub as well as a shower. A small well stocked kitchen provides eat-in options in a dreamy environment. Direct access to the New River from the property. Large gazebo and adirondack chairs for lazy afternoons by the river. Views and sounds are relaxing and create a perfect environment for escaping to the country. Owners live next door.
