Listening to the creek while drinking coffee and tea in the mornings, sitting around the fire pit by the creek or fire table on the porch, playing pool and Foosball with our son, and hanging in the hot tub, made our trip amazing. We loved taking walks around the property and actually saw a Lesser Weasel running down the creek bed one morning! Check in and check out went smoothly, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Such a gorgeous cabin and property. We enjoyed the gas fireplace at night with the cooler weather. The only thing that might have made our stay better would be more lighting by the hot tub as the string lights were not working. We try to make a cabin trip every fall in this area, and this was one of the best overall experiences from start to finish. Its close enough to stores yet provides privacy. Had an amazing stay. I am BAD with directions. The only issue I had was locating the property. GPS took me 2 different places before we found it using the directions in the summary. We enjoy the Boone area and this cabin was close to all the places we enjoy visiting. The cabin was nice with a pool table that we used every day. Access to the stream was not as quick and easy as thought and we never made it down. Privacy at the stream was next to none as a house sits on the other side of the stream. There was dirt on the floors, sticks on the porch, and we saw several big black ants running around inside. All that said with the understanding the cabin is in the woods and certain aspects of the woods find their way into any house. Overall, a good stay, but not a great stay. ##### Travis H. In 2020 we got married and unfortunately I lost my only child to a drunk driver,he was 26yo. I have been searching to find this cabin after my son's passing to remember him while we were there. I finally found it and We decided from this year forward to come back year after year in memory of my son and to start a new family tradition. In Your cabin was the first time our kids met in 2018 and we became a family. Everyone loved your beautiful cabin, the creek,the firepit. Everything about it is cozy, private, clean and great costomer services. Sherri is a wonderful manager. Thank you for letting us make your cabin our second home and remembering my son Sherman. We were off the grid and enjoyed every minute. Walmart was ten minutes away and the house had more than enough dishes for us to eat all weekend. It was a great stay.
