"What a great location with maybe the best spot on the beach! The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and even an ice maker in the bar area. The main shower and tub were spacious. We were able to secure beach chairs everyday and really enjoyed our time there. It was just steps from the outdoor pools to the beach. We will stay again!"

"My husband and I come to Columbus Georgia at least once a year in May, sometimes 2-3 times during the year in Memory of our Son. We have stayed at a lot of places. This home was very nice. It was in a great, clean, quiet neighborhood. The furnishings were simple, lots of space, bed was comfortable, and we felt right at home. The Air Conditioning was in perfect working order and the pool was clean, yet a lil chilly for me but, my husband loved it. He acted like a child jumping off the diving board. I would recommend this home and will definitely stay here again."

"This house was just perfect! Plenty of room, but still super cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was great to prepare meals in. The neighborhood was nice, and close to the best areas in Columbus. It was about a 15 minute drive to the visitor’s center. We watched movies and all 5 of us could sit comfortably in the living room! It was also very clean. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! "

"Overall I rated my stay 5 stars because the things I'm about to point out did not really deter from my stay. I stayed here for my son's army graduation. It was an easy drive to Fort Moore from here. It was also very close (10 minutes or less) from a wide variety of restaurants and stores. The street the house is located on is a bit concerning at first upon initial viewing due to neighbors two houses down on each side - very trashy looking yards due to multiple vehicles parked on their lawns and junk all over the yard. The two homes immediately next to the rental are fine. However, this was a quiet neighborhood and everyone just kept to themselves so we had no issues. The rental house itself was very clean and comfortable. The coffee nook with to go cups was an awesome touch and appreciated! The updates to the home are definitely DIY and some were done better than others but no biggy. I liked the layout of the house - open and cozy. Its been said in other reviews - a love seat or chair would be a good addition! The couch was super comfy and the huge TV was great but had there been more than the two of us it would have been awkward. The fridge was nice and new (but needs to be leveled). The sliding barn door to the laundry room looks nice but had to be opened each time I wanted to open the fridge door wide. Also, it would have been nice had there been a couple chairs & a small table on the back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee on a nice morning. Good price - I would stay again."

"This was not a horrible place to stay, but there was a lack of many things that should have been provided. There was no coffee, limited paper towels, no patio furniture, minimal silverware, pots and pans. No salt/pepper no seasonings at all. No complimentary blow dryer. Toilets clogged up at least three times in both bathrooms, no plunger. Back sliding glass door stuck. But I would like to say that with every complaint the owner did send someone out right away to have whatever was not taken care of or needed to be fixed right away. After all of this me and my brother still cleaned up and left the place as we found it only to not receive my $200.00 deposit. We will not be staying at this place in our future visits to Columbus."
