"Great hotel"

"The room was not very clean, the shower curtain was nasty and the wall in the bathroom was old and cracked, the floor in the bathroom was nasty. The staff who was setting up the breakfast did not even say good morning until I opened my mouth to speak first, the lady at the counter did not greet me either."

"This hotel is by far the best budget-friendly hotel I’ve stayed at in Columbus, GA. Teana was incredibly helpful and provided top-tier customer service with such a beautiful personality. She promotiondefinitely deserves a ! The entire staff was wonderful and made my stay very enjoyable."

"Overall, this was a decent stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet at night. I also appreciated that there were a lot of breakfast options available in the morning. A few things were just okay: the surrounding area wasn’t the best, the shower water only got warm instead of truly hot, the room temperature didn’t seem to match what the thermostat was set to, and cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom could have been cleaner."

"This hotel was really good 10yrs ago. Now it looks like they have never done anything to maintain it. We arrived last Wednesday and after seeing the deterioration of the dining area, and the moldy smell that came out of our room, we tried to leave. Unfortunately we had paid for the whole stay from Wed. last week until today Wed. The hotel refused to refund us our money and we had to stay. We ask Sunday why our room had not beencleaned and we're told that that the reason they had not cleaned was because there was a leak in our room. There was no leak in our room, and we assume that if there was, they would have moved us to another room. We ask for someone to come in and clean, and all they did was make the bed and bring new towels. Both supposedly clean towels had what looked like puvic hair. My wife went outside and asked one of the clears to exchange them. The breakfast was good last week Wednesday but since then it was the same watery scrambled eggs and por sausages. The dining benches and chairs are so worn out that part of the bench was patched up but the other part was still coming apart."

"We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, immaculate home in Columbus. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The game room was a big hit with our family and added so much fun to our evenings.We were in town for our eldest son’s Turning Green ceremony at Fort Benning, and the home made the occasion even more special. The host, Angela was wonderful, and everything about our stay was seamless. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back whenever we're in Columbus again. Thank you, Angela!"
