Beautifully decorated with nice updated touches. Comfortable for a couple or small family. King Bed was comfortable with memory foam mattress. Bathrooms clean and welcoming. Living room was well positioned to watch large screen TV. We didn't take advantage of many of the amenities, such as cooking in the kitchen, sauna or outdoor firepit. The home is a distance off the street, but you can hear the foot traffic and voices walking at night. It's a college town area, close to bars and restaurants so there is a fair amount of late night voices. Convenient for walking to prime area for brew pubs and shopping. College is literally right up the street. Bring your ear plugs if night noise bothers you. ##### Cheryl S.
