We appreciated the location, one story, flat driveway and usable garage! The neighborhood is quiet. It was easy access to Route 66 and I40\. This property has everything you could need, and is brand new. Great place, great experience. We especially enjoyed the Weber natural gas BBQ and grilling in the cool pines of Flagstaff. My family and I were in town for graduation and wanted a nice comfortable home near downtown Flagstaff and NAU. This house did not disappoint! Great location and very clean!
