It’s not just a place to stay—it’s your home away from home in the heart of Flagstaff. Guests will have access to the entire home except one locked closet in the garage. In addition to the garage and driveway, guests are welcome to park in the overflow parking directly across form the driveway. Please do NOT park in the street or the driveway of the neighboring attached home to the right. We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. The best way to get a hold of us through text with the number you received you reservation confirmation message from or via Vrbo messaging. These messages go to our entire team, and you will likely get the fastest response this way 😊 We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am. If you have an urgent matter or need to call, you can reach us at the phone number in your check-in message 😁 After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is directly through our management software. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules, the presence of exterior cameras, and to complete our guest registration. If you are bringing a dog, it must be on the reservation so the pet fee is included in your total. You can add pets under guests. A $300 security deposit hold will be paced on your card a few days prior to your check-out date. This hold will be released, less any incidentals, if any, about 4 days after your check-out. NOTICE: Emotional Support animals are not Service animals. #3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use • Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation. #4 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone! #5 – No Parties • Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding! #6 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Britini & Jacob have seriously thought of everything! Tons of room, everything you need for your stay and then some. High quality cooking utensils/cookware, tons of appliances, and plenty of everything. Backyard was big enough for the kids to play in the snow, dog to hop around and do her thing, grill some steaks, and sit by the gas firepit (wish it got a little hotter one of the nights!). Garage was huge and it was great to be able to park inside overnight during the cold nights. Centrally located to everything you may need to get to (gas, grocery, fun stuff). Very well appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very convenient to downtown and I-17/I-40\. Nice garage with room for 2 large vehicles plus driveway parking for 2 and extra spaces a few steps away. Beautiful, safe, and walkable neighbor for you, dogs, and any age children. The area is also perfectly quiet around the clock. Never once heard any neighbors or traffic. ##### John M.
