Welcome to Nautilus Sunset Escape, a beautiful 8th-floor condo in The Nautilus located along scenic Florida State Road A1A in charming Flagler Beach. Just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, this peaceful coastal retreat offers stunning Intracoastal Waterway sunsets, warm ocean breezes, and easy beach access.



Step onto your private balcony and watch sailboats drift along the Intracoastal as the sky turns brilliant shades of orange and pink. Mornings are perfect for a quiet beach walk, while afternoons invite you to relax beside the oceanview pool or enjoy a match on the tennis or pickleball courts.



Located inside The Nautilus Condominium, guests enjoy resort-style amenities in a peaceful residential community.



Please Note: The condominium association will be performing routine exterior building maintenance through early January. As this work is managed by the association, the schedule and work locations may vary.

During your stay, you will experience construction noise, see contractors or scaffolding, or encounter temporary access restrictions during business hours. We do not currently know when work will take place near this condo but will update the listing as we receive additional information. The noise will occur even when they are not working directly near your condo.

By booking during this time, you acknowledge and accept that maintenance activities may occur during your stay.

This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 25 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All guests must complete required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival.

No RVs, trailers, boats, or motorhomes are allowed on site.

There are laundry machines in the building which are coin-operated. (Bill changer in the lobby area).

You will receive one master key that gives access to the building and the pool area (lost key will result in a $100 charge).
