DIRECT STREAM FRONT Mountain Tiny Home


  • With a farmhouse vibe and direct stream front... "Penny Lane" tiny cabin will surely not disappoint. We are 30 miles from Asheville,NC and also Johnson City,TN for endless nightlife,restaurants & breweries. Catering to the outdoor enthusiasts with amazing hiking, white waterafting/tubing,ziplining, waterfalls, rivers, fishing and snow skiing/tubing practically at your doorstep. OR just stay back,relax with your favorite beverage and tunes on your deck or by a bonfire.
    The space
    Adorable tiny farmhouse style shabin with deck overlooking bold stream. Not recommended for people over 6ft due to the low ceilings in kitchen and bath area.
    We...the owners do live next door. We totally respect your privacy but also are here for you should you need anything.
    PLEASE LOOK AT OUR OUTSTANDING REVIEWS ON ALL FOUR OF OUR OTHER RENTALS!!
    Other things to note
    *****Linens and Towels.......
    If you would like to bring your own bed linens and towels please just let us know ATLEAST one week prior to your arrival and we will be happy to deduct $20 from the cleaning fee charge.

    PET /SMOKING POLICY
    We love dogs and responsible pet owners!! We do welcome one well behaved, non disruptive potty trained pet for a $30 fee. The fee is not implemented to clean up after your pet inside or outside the rental. If your pet is a shedder please let me know and i will provide you with vacuum to clean up any excess hair. Your pet cannot be left alone unattended in the rental at ANYTIME unless crated.

    We do allow smoking on deck of rental but absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING WEED inside.

    The kitchen in the tiny home does not have a oven. Please plan your meals accordingly to what we provide. thank you

    Failure to comply to both house rules will result in the forfeiting of part or all of your security deposit.
