This is a very old tired property that needs substantial investment to get back to the required standard. Noisy rooms without double glazed windows, would not recommend.

The staff was friendly and the view of the lake is nice. However this is NOT a 4 star property. It’s at most 2.5 stars. The rooms are super small, there is no closet, your clothes and suitcases will be right next to your bed. There is no gym. The pool is not heated. The area around the hotel is not the glamorous Lake Garda one would expect, it is surrounded by campgrounds, bungalows, rundown apartment buildings, low-end hotels and houses. There are better places to stay on Lake Garda.
